1. Does the change to the new company brand name mean the company's legal form has also changed?
No. Softline Holding plc’s business will use the brand name NOVENTIQ however the legal forms of international subsidiaries - Softline Services International Philippines, Inc. remain unchanged.
2. Will the international subsidiaries of Noventiq also be renamed?
Yes, the subsidiaries of Softline Holding plc will use the brand name NOVENTIQ, And the international subsidiaries will be named after their country location. Eg. Noventiq Thailand, Noventiq Vietnam, Noventiq Malaysia etc.
3. Have changes been made to the organisational structures of Noventiq Philippines?
No, the organisational structure of Noventiq Philippines remains unchanged.
4. Does the renaming mean the contact of the local Noventiq representative has changed?
No, the local Noventiq representative’s contact has not changed.
5. Does the rebranding have any impact on existing agreements or contracts?
No. All contracts concluded under the legal entity of Softline Services International Philippines, Inc will remain unchanged.
6. Is it necessary to set up Noventiq Philippines as a new partner or vendor?
No, this is not necessary. The relationship remains unchanged.
7. Does the new name mean new bank details?
No, the bank details remain unchanged.
8. Does the new name mean a new TAX ID number or a new commercial register number?
No, neither the Tax ID number nor the commercial registration number has changed.
9. Have you assigned new functional e-mail addresses? If so, what is the new address?
Yes, the functional e-mail addresses have been migrated to a new domain. However, the front email credential remains unchanged. They will look like this: {name}@noventiq.com.
10. Do the old e-mail addresses still work? If yes, for how long?
Starting 1 Nov 2022, our email addresses have migrated to a new domain -{name}@noventiq.com. Therefore we encourage you to send us your email to the new email address - {name}@noventiq.com.
